What’s your Why? Why have a Why?

If you look forward to the weekends and vacations as opposed to what you do each day, it’s time to think about whether your work is something you really care about or simply a means to an end. It’s time to pursue something of the highest meaning to you. To do this you first must know what your why is.

Life is busy pulling us in many directions. Without a why we can aimlessly wonder around never getting anywhere specific. We are just drifting without purpose—no direction, no plans, no goals…simply wasting time.

Our why is very Important

If you don’t have a why you need to get one. If your why isn’t meaningful or powerful enough you need to step it up. Make sure your why is truly “your” why–not your parents, not your spouses, not anyone else’s but yours!

To resonate and inspire you – it has to come from within you!

Why have a why

It gives you a sense of purpose
It keeps you focused and motivated
It gives you clear direction and keeps you on track
It guides you to set the right agenda to obtain your goals
It gives you meaning
It causes you to reach higher

There are many why’s…here are a few to consider:

Why are you in business
Why do you do what you do
Why are you here today

When you know your why you can direct your focus—no wasted time—no wondering around aimlessly….you know you are headed in the right direction with clear plans and clear goals you can focus on.

My Three Important P’s:

Passion
Perseverance
Purpose

Grow your passion…..Own your purpose and keep going!
Be passionate about living your best life and being your best self.

Stay safe, healthy and positive
